  • UK: FREE
  • EU: FREE

3. Taxes and Customs Duties

  • UK: No customs duties or taxes to pay.
  • EU: VAT is included in the price at checkout for orders valued under €150, so no additional charges will be due upon delivery.

    For orders exceeding €150, VAT and any applicable customs duties are not included in the purchase price. These charges will be payable by the customer upon delivery, in accordance with local import regulations.

4. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 weeks after payment confirmation as most items are made to order.

5. Delivery Times

  • UK: 1-4 business days
  • EU: 5-7 business days
    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
